1) The first we should do is make an film, the film is with your LOGO.
2)The second for print silicone swim caps is make a frame,then put the film i nthe frame. The frame size and film position is important in this place.
3)We need ready ink, silicone caps ink is also diffrents,they must stock in Refrigerator all the time(Except print time)
4)We put litter ink on the films and use tool scrape,each time can only one color.
5)After print one color and we put the custom swim caps in one big car(The car will be put in the oven, then let the caps leave in the oven for 30 min.
6) we take the caps out and the first color print well.
7)We will repeat all above to print the other side.
